  • Patent number: 11495162
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a panel display optimization method, a display panel, and a storage medium. The panel display optimization method includes a region acquisition step, an adjustment step, and a high-low gray level step. The present disclosure is used to make processing coefficients of high-low gray levels of pixels to be processed having farther boundaries be greater according to distances from the pixels to be processed to the boundaries of a first pixel region, a second pixel region, and a third pixel region, that is, according to forward transitional spaces and backward transitional spaces to adjust the processing coefficients of the high-low gray levels. This further reduces graininess of the panel and improves visual quality of the panel after performing high-low gray level processing on adjusted pixels.

  • Patent number: 11468596
Abstract: A bird's-eye view image generating device for a vessel generates a bird's-eye view image from a view point above a vessel by projective transformation of images obtained by cameras installed on the vessel into a bird's-eye view plane. • Patent number: 11423616
Abstract: In one embodiment, a system may access an input image of an object captured by cameras, and the input image depicts appearance information associated with an object. The system may generate a first mesh of the object based on features identified from the input image of the object. The system may generate, by processing the first mesh using a machine-learning model, a position map that defines a contour of the object. Each pixel in the position map corresponds to a three-dimensional coordinate. The system may further generate a second mesh based on the position map, wherein the second mesh has a higher resolution than the first mesh. The system may render an output image of the object based on the second mesh. The system disclosed in the present application can render a dense mesh which has a higher resolution to provide details which cannot be compensated by texture information.

  • Patent number: 11417068
Abstract: A system and method for providing an augmented reality (AR) interaction zone to a user of a mobile device to provide remote access to a self-service terminal (SST) having a controller, a display for providing information and instructions to a user, a keypad for entering user data and user commands, and a camera (preferably a depth camera). A mobile device selectively initiates, based on a user command, a transaction by establishing a wireless communications channel with the SST. The controller generates the AR interaction zone based on signals from the camera, provides a signal to the mobile device to display an AR input field on an integral display, processes signals from the camera to monitor the AR interaction zone for user movement corresponding to input, identifies input based on the signals from the camera, and causes the SST to process a requested user transaction based on the identified input.

  • Patent number: 11418723
Abstract: Disclosed here are various techniques to increase dynamic range of an image recorded from a display. A processor performing preprocessing splits an input image containing both bright and dark regions into two images, image A containing bright regions, and image B containing dark regions. The display presents image A and image B in alternating fashion. Camera is synchronized with the display to record image A and image B independently. In postprocessing, a processor obtains the recorded images A and B. The processor increases the pixel value of the recorded image A to obtain image A with increased pixel value. Finally, the processor increases pixel value of the image recorded from the display by combining the first recorded image with increased pixel value and the second recorded image.
