  • Publication number: 20240179644
Abstract: Differential time synchronization and scheduling may be provided. A first Access Point (AP) may wirelessly receive time-base translation parameters of a second AP. The first AP and the second AP may be neighboring. Next, a first transmission schedule for the first AP and a second transmission schedule for the second AP may be maintained. Then the second transmission schedule for the second AP may be translated into a time-base of the first AP based on the time-base translation parameters of the second AP. Then the first AP may transmit based upon the first transmission schedule for the first AP and the translated second transmission schedule for the second AP.

  • Publication number: 20240177294
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting defects on a reticle are provided. One system is configured for generating different stacked difference images for multiple instances of first patterned areas in different rows on a wafer based on images generated for the first patterned areas in the different rows. The system is also configured for performing double detection based on the different stacked difference images. The system then identifies defects on the reticle based on the defects detected by the double detection. As described further herein, the systems and methods detect defects from multiple reticle rows printed on a wafer, which can reduce noise and enable detection of substantially small repeater defects. The embodiments are particularly useful for high sensitivity repeater defect detection for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) reticles and multi-die reticles (MDR).

  • Publication number: 20240179102
Abstract: Improved messaging systems are disclosed. Embodiments allow message producers to access or create producer reservations in a queue coordination data store corresponding to a campaign. The producer reservations reflect a workload and a campaign aspect. A message producer can apply a usage strategy in resource selection which may optimize selection of queueing resources considering existing work volume for those message queues or aspects of the campaign. Message consumers may select message queues from which to consume messages using data in the queue coordination data store. A message consumer may apply a usage strategy in resource selection which may optimize selection of queueing resources considering existing work volume for those message queues of aspects of the campaign.

  • Publication number: 20240178986
Abstract: A communication system uses a differential edge modulation scheme having one of four or more values and a clock pulse is also encoded in each unit interval. A four-valued encoding may be as follows: prior to each unit interval, two signals are both at the same value; at the start of the unit interval, a first one of the signals is transitioned to indicate a first bit of the symbol; after a selected one of two delay periods that are less than the unit interval, the other signal to is transitioned indicate a second bit of the symbol; after this transition, both signals are again at the same value. The transitioning, at the start of the unit interval, provides an edge that may be extracted and used a timing reference.

  • Publication number: 20240172862
Abstract: An adjustable support stake for securing and supporting items above the ground including a substantially tapered stake at a first end and a housing formed around a rotatable member that can be rotated about a longitudinal axis from an access point on the housing at a second end. The rotatable member being capable of attaching to a cable that is also attached to the item to be secured or supported so that when the rotatable member is rotated the tension in the cable is increased. A tension release member further allows for adjustability by reducing cable tension when decoupled from the rotational member. The adjustable support stake can be used by inserting the stake into the ground, attaching a cable to both the rotatable member and the item to be supported, and rotating the rotatable member to create tension in the cable.
