The hemostasis device may include a compression member having a plurality of tabs and an inflatable bladder. A plurality of bands may be used to position and maintain the compression member over the puncture site until hemostasis is achieved are releasably coupled to the plurality of tabs. A first band can wrap around the ankle, a second band can wrap around the foot, and a third band can extend between two toes or around a toe.
