Publication number: 20240143289Abstract: Techniques for facilitating voice based dictation of programming code within a context of an IDE are disclosed. Programming code is fed to a text-to-speech (TTS) model. The TTS model generates an audio file associated with the code. The audio file is then fed to a speech-to-text (STT) model. The STT model generates a transcription file associated with the audio file. Each respective line of code included in the programming code is mapped to a corresponding line of code included in the transcription file, resulting in generation of a list of phrase pairings. These phrase pairings represent relationships between actual code and how that actual code sounds if read out loud. An LLM then ingests the list of phrase pairings. The LLM identifies correlations between programming vocabulary that has specific meaning within the context of the IDE and how that programming vocabulary sounds if read out loud.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 12, 2023Publication date: May 2, 2024Inventors: Rahul PANDITA, Priyankar KUMAR, Aneesh BOSE, Abhishek MASAND

Publication number: 20240134760Abstract: A data management system (DMS) may facilitate an investigation procedure for a set of one or more virtual machines (VMs) hosted in a first environment. The DMS may receive an indication of a selection of one or more sets of VMs and corresponding snapshots for the investigation procedure. The corresponding snapshots may be stored in a second environment, and each snapshot may be associated with a version of a respective set of VMs. The DMS may mount the one or more sets of VMs to one or more testing environments different than the first and second environments. The mounting may use the snapshots stored in the second environment to provide the testing environments with query access to respective versions of the sets of VMs hosted in the first environment. The DMS may perform query operations between the first environment and the testing environments as part of the investigation procedure.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 24, 2022Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Anita Thomas, Wenchun Cheng, Shaomin Chen, Junchao Zhang, Hongbo Zou, Scott Wang, Abhishek Kumar

Publication number: 20240134594Abstract: Embodiments described herein involve providing media item preferences according to a user account of a user providing the preference, rather than a user account providing the media item. When a user indicates a preference for a media item, the preference are associated with that particular user, rather than with another user whose account the media item may have been accessed and played through when the particular user indicated the preference. As a result, a media preference history associated with the account providing the media item will not be disrupted by other users indicating preferences for the media item. Further, users may build on their respective media preference histories even when listening to music provided by someone else.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 9, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Abhishek Kumar, Ron Kuper

Patent number: 11952212Abstract: The disclosure generally pertains to systems and methods for trash collection management. In an example embodiment, a dumpster monitoring apparatus may determine that an amount of garbage in a dumpster exceeds a threshold level (such as, for example, above a full-level marked on the dumpster). If the garbage exceeds the threshold level, the dumpster monitoring apparatus automatically transmits a request to a dumpster management apparatus to dispatch a garbage truck. In an example scenario, the dumpster monitoring apparatus may further determine that a current location of the dumpster is stationed is inaccessible to the garbage truck. Consequently, the dumpster monitoring apparatus may automatically transmit a request to a robot vehicle (such as robotic forklift) to move the dumpster from the current location to a new location that is accessible to the garbage truck. The dumpster monitoring apparatus may then inform the dumpster management apparatus of the new location.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 2020Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: Ford Global Technologies, LLCInventors: Doug Moore, Abhishek Sharma, Laura Elliott, Raina Kumar, Gwen Hickey, Jash Patel, Angela Ayers, Eric H. Publication number: 20240111642Abstract: Some users of a data management system (DMS) may use multiple computing environments to replicate and store virtual machines (VM)s, such as for backup and recovery purposes. For example, different replication environments may include one or more private data centers, one or more cloud environments or any combination thereof. A user may schedule a failover procedure for an application. A DMS may perform a failover procedure that reduces downtime and eliminates data loss. The DMS may capture and replicate a snapshot of a VM running on a source computing environment to a target computing environment, power down the VM on the source computing environment, capture and replicate a second snapshot of the VM to the target computing environment, and power on the VM at the target computing environment. As the additional snapshot includes a relatively small amount of data replication at the target computing environment may proceed quickly, reducing downtime.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 3, 2022Publication date: April 4, 2024Inventors: Abhishek Kumar, Siyuan Sheng, Yiying Yu, Shaswat Chaubey

Publication number: 20240112180Abstract: A computerized method is provided for digitally signing a digital document related to a transaction request from a customer. The method includes receiving, by a computing device, data related to the transaction request from the customer via a web-based interface. Receipt of the transaction data initiates a request session. The method also includes recording during the request session a voice signature sample from the customer via the web-based user interface and verifying the customer for the transaction request by comparing the voice signature sample with a stored voice print of the customer. Further, a consolidated record for the transaction request is generated that includes the transaction data and the transaction result. The digital document is populated with the transaction data if the customer is verified, where the digital document is treated as being digitally signed by the customer.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Inventors: Harmeet Singh, Kevin Johnson, Mark Muir, Abhishek Kumar, Brian Towne
