  • Publication number: 20240012405
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for determining a remaining service life of at least one component of a technical system is disclosed. The method includes (i) determining a first input signal by way of at least one sensor, wherein the first input signal characterizes an operating state of at least the component of the technical system, (ii) determining a first representation of the first input signal by way of an encoder of a first machine learning system, and (iii) determining the remaining service life on the basis of the first representation and on the basis of a provided plurality of second representations, wherein the plurality of second representations is determined on the basis of a plurality of second input signals by way of the encoder and a corresponding remaining service life is assigned to each second representation.

  • Publication number: 20220391473
Abstract: A method determines an inadmissible deviation of a system behavior of a technical device using a monitoring algorithm which is supplied with input data and output data of the technical device in a learning phase. In a subsequent prediction phase, the monitoring algorithm is only supplied with the input data, and output data are calculated. In a preprocessing phase, the input data supplied to the monitoring algorithm are aligned with data of a reference signal.

  • Publication number: 20220374711
Abstract: A method determines an inadmissible deviation of a technical device using an artificial neural network which is supplied with input data and output data of the technical device in a learning phase. In a subsequent prediction phase, the neural network is only supplied with the input data, and comparative output data are calculated in the neural network and are compared to the output data of the technical device.

  • Patent number: 10060478
Abstract: A rolling bearing includes rollers clamped between an inner raceway and an outer bearing shell. The outer bearing shell bears with its outer circumferential surface against an outer component which can be a housing of an axial piston machine. The inner raceway is either formed directly on an inner component, or it is formed on an inner bearing shell, which bears against the inner component. In order to permit tilting of the inner component, wherein the rollers remain in predetermined contact with the two raceways, at least one beveled contact region or a region reduced in another way is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the outer bearing shell.
