The inventive method likewise includes making a sacrificial pattern of at least a part of an existing denture. The invention further includes the construction of new dentures from a patient's worn dentures, by providing copy or modified copy of the worn dentures into which one can set and arrange the denture teeth. The invention still further includes a dental prosthetic, such as a denture, made by such methods.
