  • Patent number: 9761054
Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques for receiving measurements from one or more inertial sensors (i.e. accelerometer and angular rate gyros) attached to a device with a camera or other environment capture capability. In one embodiment, the inertial measurements may be combined with pose estimates obtained from computer vision algorithms executing with real time camera images. Using such inertial measurements, a system may more quickly and efficiently obtain higher accuracy orientation estimates of the device with respect to an object known to be stationary in the environment.

  • Patent number: 9739467
Abstract: A portable light device includes a headlight disposed at one end of the portable light device. The headlight is adjustable and can be directed to a variety of angles. The headlight includes a reflector with facets and at least one light source positioned approximately in an optic center of the reflector. Further, the portable light device includes a floodlight panel disposed at a front side of the portable light device. The flood light panel includes one or more light sources and each light source is covered by a primary optic.

  • Patent number: 9517588
Abstract: This invention relates to a specially adapted spouted closure that has oppositely positioned protruding tabular features that enable it to be heat welded or bonded to another closure of the same kind as shown in FIG. 15. The protruding tabs being so formed to enable a plurality of closures to form chains and to allow a degree of movement in an orthogonal direction to the orientation of the spout. The part of the rigid closure that attaches to the flexible part of the packaging being orientated in a way that allows adjacent containers to overlap with one another. The protruding tab of the rigid closure being formed in a position relative to rest of the closure to enable the closure to pass along a guide rail without snagging.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 17, 2014
Date of Patent: December 13, 2016

  • Publication number: 20160078519
Abstract: A user-friendly method for filtering LED products in order to identify a matching design ideal for a specific lighting application described by a user. The method includes first displaying a plurality of filter question, each associated with a plurality of answers. Next, a desired answer is received from a user account and is used to update an aggregate set of desired specifications with an at least one technical specification. The aggregate set of desired specifications is then compared against each of a plurality of LED designs in order to identify an at least one matching LED design. The aforementioned process is repeated as a plurality of iterations, with each iteration being associated with a filter question. Resultantly, the matching LED design of a last iteration is graphically displayed through a user computing device.
