  • Patent number: 11998729
Abstract: A catheter pump is disclosed. The catheter pump can include an impeller and a catheter body having a lumen therethrough. The catheter pump can also include a drive shaft disposed inside the catheter body. A motor assembly can include a chamber. The motor assembly can include a rotor disposed in the at least a portion of the chamber, the rotor mechanically coupled with a proximal portion of the drive shaft such that rotation of the rotor causes the drive shaft to rotate. The motor assembly can also comprise a stator assembly disposed about the rotor. The motor assembly can also include a heat exchanger disposed about the stator assembly, the heat exchanger may be configured to direct heat radially outward away from the stator assembly, the rotor, and the chamber.

  • Publication number: 20240157092
Abstract: A catheter pump is disclosed. The catheter pump can include an impeller and a catheter body having a lumen in which waste fluid flows proximally therethrough during operation of the catheter pump. The catheter pump can also include a drive shaft disposed inside the catheter body. A motor assembly can include a chamber. The motor assembly can include a rotor disposed in the at least a portion of the chamber, the rotor mechanically coupled with a proximal portion of the drive shaft such that rotation of the rotor causes the drive shaft to rotate, the rotor including a longitudinal rotor lumen therethrough. The motor assembly can also comprise a stator assembly disposed about the rotor. During operation of the catheter pump, the waste fluid flows from the lumen into the chamber such that at least a portion of the waste fluid flows proximally through the longitudinal rotor lumen.

  • Patent number: 11975442
Abstract: A tower closing apparatus is provided that is configured to simplify the closing of a multi-piece, hinged hydroponic tower. The hydroponic tower closing apparatus utilizes a collection of static and continuously moving components (e.g., motor driven drive rollers, alignment rollers, tower body alignment rollers, face plate manipulation rollers, face closing rollers, etc.) to close a hydroponic tower as it passes through the apparatus. In particular, as the tower is driven through the closing apparatus, a series of face plate manipulation rollers gradually rotate the face plate(s) relative to the tower body, moving the face plate(s) from a fully open position to a partially closed position. Next a series of face closing rollers continue to rotate the face plate(s) from the partially closed position to the fully closed position, forcing the fasteners to latch the face plate(s) into position.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for providing a virtual cloud workload protection platform. One method may include determining, by a device, whether a data stream is approved or unapproved; and transmitting, by the device, a fetch request to a renderer requesting a network resource requested by a protected client. Another method may include receiving, by a rendering device, a fetch request from a device requesting at least one network resource requested by a protected client; requesting, by the rendering device, the requested at least one requested resource; and rendering, by the rendering device, the at least one requested resource.

  • Patent number: 10746928
Abstract: A parallel position manipulator includes a top plate, a baseplate and a plurality of prismatic joint actuators. Each actuator includes an actuator joint having five Degrees of Freedom (DOF) at either the base plate or the top plate. When one or more of the actuators extends or contracts, the pivot points, or five DOF actuator joint, of the remaining actuators are allowed to shift in any axis other than that actuator's primary axis of motion.

  • Patent number: 8914673
Abstract: A serial testing infrastructure includes the capability to execute a distributed test on multiple virtual processors. A test executable may be stored in a library and the test description, including the name of the test, the test library, and other test characteristics, may be stored in a separate test data file. The serial testing infrastructure initiates multiple distributed test executors that each launch an instance of the distributed test as a process that runs concurrently with other instances of the distributed test. Each distributed test executor monitors execution of it corresponding process until completion or timeout.

  • Publication number: 20040073430
Abstract: A modular architecture is described for providing an intelligent media processing and language architecture working in conjunction with a speech application. The modular architecture comprises four modules: a user profile module, an active audio markup language (AAML) module, a real-time monitoring and sensing module, and a process and control module. The user profile module enables creation of personal profiles and is capable of learning user preferences. The AAML module provides a rich media representation wherein an AAML codec is provided as a part of the module. The processing and control module is responsible for processing the information received from each of the other modules, interpreting the received information, and intelligently routing it to the application layer.

  • Publication number: 20040034532
Abstract: A combination of a series of filters and a specification language is used to rapidly enable voice access to an external data repository. The filters include a data-to-voice filter operating on data values that flow from the data repository to a communication system, a voice-to-data filter capturing voice inputs and storing data related to such inputs in the data repository, an utterance filter normalizing spoken data inputs in a particular format, a validation filter checking values returned by the speech recognizer, and a data description filter creating spoken formats of data labels or descriptions. Also included is a pair of dictionaries: name pronunciation dictionary for ensuring correct pronunciation of words and a name grammar dictionary providing variations associated with a name.
