  • Patent number: 11274770
Abstract: An assembly is provided for a piece of rotational equipment. This assembly includes a first structure, a second structure and a fluid transfer assembly. The first structure is configured with an aperture. The second structure is configured as or otherwise includes a port. The fluid transfer assembly includes a fluid conduit and a slider element. The fluid conduit is configured as a monolithic tubular body that includes a first conduit end, a second conduit end, a first coupling and a second coupling. The fluid conduit extends axially along a centerline from the first conduit end, through the aperture and into the port to the second conduit end. The first coupling is mated with the first structure through the slider element. The second coupling is mated with the second structure through a cone seal interface.

  • Publication number: 20200332931
Abstract: A fluid transfer tube is provided that includes a tubular body. This tubular body includes a first tube end, a second tube end and a bore that extends axially along a centerline through the tubular body from the first tube end to the second tube end. The bore includes a tool receptacle portion at the first tube end. The tool receptacle portion is at least partially formed by an interior surface of the tubular body. The interior surface has a polygonal cross-sectional geometry when viewed in a plane perpendicular to the centerline.

  • Publication number: 20090184695
Abstract: A system and method for computing a Root Mean Square (RMS) value of digitized samples is disclosed. Discrete digital representations of a continuous analog electrical signal are produced. The discrete digital representations are received by a digital computation module, wherein the digital computation module is configured to perform a division operation and a square root operation for the RMS computation in one combined algorithm.
