Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for verification and management of benefit administration. The system can determine the eligibility of users to receive basic income and other forms of benefits, grants, aid, etc. Furthermore, the system can automate and manage the distribution of such benefits while creating an immutable/auditable trail of the disbursements. Accordingly, the verification system described herein can prevent fraud and other forms of malfeasance within the benefit administration process.

Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for recommending and prioritizing jobs to pursue, as well as skills, credentials, education, and the like to obtain, targeted to both individuals and consultants, coaches, etc. who may help those individuals. The prioritizing and the recommending may be performed based on a skills graph that includes nodes representing entities, and edges annotated with shared skills information between the entities. Thus, the skills graph can be used to find entities that are similar to each other in terms of skills.

Abstract: Provided are a system and method for determining at least one optimal shared economy candidate for a user. In one example, the method includes receiving, via a web browser, user attributes comprising two or more of property assets of the user, adherency information, trust information, motivation information, and psychological information, of a user, receiving, via the web browser, a user schedule comprising periods of availability of the user with respect to a predetermined period of time, executing an actionable workforce optimization engine which receives, as input, a plurality of shared economy candidates, the user attributes, and the user schedule, and determines an optimal shared economy candidate for the user from among the plurality of shared economy candidates based on the inputs, and outputting information about the determined optimal shared economy candidate for display on a display device.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for rerouting traffic in a computer network select a routing element, apply a subnet mask to an interface address of the routing element to generate subnet addresses, determine the address of neighboring elements from the subnet addresses, and obtain configuration information from the neighboring elements. Network topology is determined from the configuration information, a link in the network topology is selected, and a cost associated with the link is modified. The modified cost renders the link less desirable for routing. A method and apparatus for determining the address of neighboring routing elements in a computer network, combine a subnet mask and interface address associated in a bitwise AND operation to generate subnet addresses, disregard the highest and lowest subnet addresses and the address of the selected routing element from the subnet addresses, and identify the remaining subnet address as associated with the neighboring routing element.
