  • Publication number: 20230378945
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) includes a signal detection circuit having a signal detection circuit input and a signal detection circuit output. The IC further includes a reference voltage circuit having a reference voltage circuit input and a reference voltage circuit output. The IC also includes a comparator having a first comparator input and a second comparator input. The first comparator input is coupled to the reference voltage circuit output, and the second comparator input is coupled to the signal detection circuit output. The IC includes a clamp circuit having a clamp circuit input and a clamp circuit output. The clamp circuit input is coupled to the signal detection circuit, and the clamp circuit output is coupled to the reference voltage circuit output.

  • Patent number: 9937984
Abstract: A wake control system aft of the driveshaft, propeller, and rudder of a vessel includes a fin base and at least one fin slidingly engaged with the fin base. The fin(s) are vertically oriented and extend down into the water surface. The fins are transversely adjustable along the fin base to redirect a wake generated by the boat. In other embodiments, the control system comprises a starboard fin tab adjacent to a port fin tab, each of the independent fin tabs hingeably attached to the aft section of the hull, at the transom. Each fin tab includes at least one extending fin. Fin tabs are selectively deployable and retractable into and out of the water surface to redirect a wake generated by the vessel from one side to the other. A novel underwater exhaust system redirects exhaust depending on speed of the vessel and complements the wake control system.

  • Patent number: 7795970
Abstract: Pulse-width-modulating class D amplifier with an H-bridge output stage, and method of operating the same. in which output stage dead-time is compensated. Offset logic circuitry detects various dead-time-related conditions at push-pull output drivers, and generates an offset signal applied to the amplified differential input signal, to adjust the time at which the voltage at differential signal lines crosses a ramp reference waveform. The offset signal can correspond to the duration of a disturbance (dead-time at one driver in combination with an active signal at the active driver), or the sum of that disturbance duration with a dead-time at the active driver. The offset signal is generated by charging a capacitor for the duration of this disturbance, or disturbance plus dead-time. According to another approach, error is reduced by charging a capacitor for each transition of the signal for a duration of the dead-time of the active driver.

  • Patent number: 7733135
Abstract: A high-side boosted gate drive circuit is disclosed. In a particular example, an output driver is described, comprising a switching device configured to selectively conduct current in response to a charge being present at a control terminal for a duty cycle, a charging device configured to deliver charge to the control terminal based on the first duty cycle, a charge control device configured to selectively couple the charging device to deliver charge to the control terminal and to selectively decouple the charging device from the control terminal to charge the charging device, and a discharge control device configured to remove charge from the control terminal.
