    Abstract: A wearable device includes a receiver circuit embedded within a dress accessory of a human being to receive a scattered component of a signal from a transmitter circuit, and a distance sensor circuit to sense distance between the human being and an obstacle responsible for the scattered component during locomotion of the human being. The human being is associated with at least partial visual impairment. The wearable device also includes a communication circuit embedded within the dress accessory or another dress accessory of the human being to communicate a varying distance between the human being and the obstacle through varying a time interval between communicative actions to be sensed by the human being. If the obstacle is determined to be a new static obstacle through a central server, data related to the obstacle is added to one or more database(s) associated with the central server.
