    Abstract: A salmon slicing machine comprising a frame, a stationary sun gear and a rotatable shaft mounted on said frame, a stop plate and circular supporting parts having circular grooves mounted for rotation on said rotatable shaft, circular knives positioned under said circular supporting parts and mounted for horizontally rotating and orbiting around said stationary sun gear, a hydraulic piston to adjust said stop plate relative to said circular knives and a feeding mechanism for the material to be sliced inclined at an acute angle to the plane of rotation of the knives.
