Abstract: Method for manufacturing pumping devices, particularly usable in sports shoes, including the monolithic molding of a body having at least one tubular passage and a first and a second seat for air venting and intake valves. The body furthermore includes at least one chamber with a partially open elastically deformable wall. The method entails the closure of the chamber, whereas the valves and at least one inflatable plenum chamber are associable within the body thus obtained, before closing it. The pumping device thus obtained has optimum functional characteristics as well as very low manufacturing costs.

Abstract: The lever device includes a lever arm arranged at at least one adapted seat defined on one of the flaps. At least one grip element for engagement members provided on the lever arm is associated with the other one of the flaps. The insertion of the lever arm within the adapted seat thus allows to have high strength characteristics and to not require a surface finish of good aesthetic quality, in view of its partial concealment, as well as to give the boot a neat aesthetic appearance, there being no protruding elements and because of the reduced size.

Abstract: A ski boot which includes at least one quarter associated with a rigid shell, has one or more soft elements for embracing the upper metatarsal region and/or the tibial region and/or the calf region. The soft elements are associated with the shell and/or with the quarter. One or more strengthening elements, for transmitting the efforts from the leg to the ski, are furthermore associated with the shell and/or with the quarter. The boot thus has regions with different rigidity according to the specific requirements of the athlete.

Abstract: An inner shoe particularly usable in ski boots, includes a semi-rigid upper with which a lining is removably associable. The semi-rigid upper and the lining are provided with means for temporarily engaging respectively the lining and the semi-rigid upper. Reinforcement and protection elements are furthermore associable with the lining to increase the comfort of the user. The possibility of mutually disengaging the semi-rigid upper and the lining allows easy disassembling for washing or replacing the lining.

Abstract: A heating device for ski boots comprising an insole, provided with an electric resistor and temporarily associable with the boot, below which there is rigidly associated a rigid inner sole having, preferably at the heel region, an accommodation for one or more accumulators. Electric conductors are furthermore provided which extend from the insole and are connected to a support, provided with at least one switch, temporarily associable with one of the components of the ski boot.

The inner sole is furthermore provided with at least one raised portion and at least one perimetral tab facing and connected to the border of the upper. Advantageously, the central raised portion of the inner sole defines a perimetral edge having a thickness approximately equal to that of the border provided on the upper.

A peculiar aspect of the invention is that the linkage is made to exert pressure at at least two discrete locations spaced apart along the shell longitudinal extension of the ski boot, with a foot presser located inside the boot shell.
