  • Patent number: 11328088
Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for trust based access to records via encrypted protocol communications with an authentication system. An example system is configured to authorize and provide selective and secured access to sensitive medical information according to one or more trusted relationships. The system is configured to receive a request for access to a patient's health record from an outside entity. Authentication information associated with the outside entity is determined. Whether the outside entity is authorized to access the requested data is determined. The determination is based on existence of a trust relationship being established between the outside entity and the patient, the trust relationship established by an action of the patient or a patient's representative. Access to the patient's health record is enabled based on a positive determination.

  • Patent number: 10860740
Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for trust based access to records via encrypted protocol communications with an authentication system. One of the methods includes maintaining, in one or more databases, health records associated with patients. Each health record including portions of medical information and each portion being separately trustable to one or more outside entities. The trust indicating that an outside entity can access a portion. A request from a user device of a patient is received, the request indicating access to a health record associated with the patient. Requests for information are presented on the user device, the requests indicating features of patients that are usable to identify a specific patient. The patient uniquely corresponding to a particular health record is determined, and user account information for the patient is generated, with the user account information used to identify portions of medical information associated with the particular health record.

  • Publication number: 20120246072
Abstract: An authorization machine may be used by an authorizing entity to aggregate and analyze multiple reports that are pertinent to a performer of entertainment. The authorization machine may determine the performer's potential earnings for performing at an event to occur in the future. This determination may be based on one or more revenue-related reports that describe past transactions attributable at least in part to the performer. The authorization machine may then determine a likelihood that the performer will actually attain the potential earnings by performing at the event. This likelihood may be determined as a risk score based on one or more sentiment-related reports that describe the performer's popularity. Based on the potential earnings and the likelihood of attaining them, the authorization machine may authorize an advance payment corresponding to the performer.
