  • Patent number: 9290606
Abstract: The present invention relates to a two part polyurethane and/or polyurethane polyurea hybrid based system for making an elastomeric material, comprising an Iso part having low free monomer and an amine/polyol part, wherein the Iso part comprises a pre-polymer of polyurethane, and wherein the pre-polymer is an MDI based pre-polymer with low free MDI monomer and capped with isocyanate groups from a second relatively higher vapor pressure isocyanate and the pre-polymer contains less than about 0.3% total free monomer and has an NCO % in the range of about 0.1 to about 10%.

  • Patent number: 9028968
Abstract: Coating composition comprising the reaction product of a tetra-alkoxyorthosilicate or a partially condensed oligomer thereof and an epoxy resin containing hydroxyl groups, said coating composition having a solids content of at least 70 vol % and/or a volatile organic content (VOC) not exceeding 250 g/l. This coating composition gives fast curing at ambient and sub-ambient temperatures and an extended pot life.

  • Publication number: 20140342786
Abstract: The invention relates to a holding means (1) for fastening a portable communication device to a vehicle component, in particular to a windscreen of a motor vehicle, the holding means (1) comprising a basic carrier (3) for carrying the portable communication device such that the portable communication device extends parallel to a front face (24) of the basic carrier (3). The basic carrier (3) comprises a pair of holding arms (11, 12) arranged on opposite sides of the front face (24) of the basic carrier (3) and extending perpendicular to the front face (24) and parallel to each other. The holding arms (11, 12) are arranged for accommodating the portable communication device between them, wherein the basic carrier (3) furthermore comprises an elastic coupling element (18) by means of which the holding arms (11, 12) are joined to each other.

  • Patent number: 6281321
Abstract: A curable coating composition has a binder comprising a compound or polymer (A) containing at least one primary or secondary amine group, a compound or polymer (B) containing at least one ethylenically unsaturated double bond activated by an adjacent electron-withdrawing group, and a polymer (C) containing at least two silicon-bonded alkoxy groups. Either (A) or (B) contains at least one silicon-bonded alkoxy group in its molecule. The coating is capable of curing at ambient temperature and humidity both by hydrolysis and condensation of the Si—O—C bonds of the polyorganosiloxane (C) and of the aminoalkyl silane (A) and by Michael-type addition reaction of the amine group of the aminoalkyl silane (A) with the activated ethylenically unsaturated double bonds of (B).
