The rotatable insert has an electrical face configured to mate with a photoelectric device and an opposite mounting face for mounting to the housing. The rotatable insert is rotatable with respect to the outer ring to orient the rotatable insert in a desired direction for optimal positioning of the photoelectric device. The outer ring and the rotatable insert have corresponding interlocking features configured to fix the rotatable insert in the desired direction.

The overmold surrounds the contact printed circuit board such that free ends of the interface contacts are exposed and tail ends of the termination contacts are exposed. An internal sealing member is disposed between an outer surface of the overmold and the inner surface of the shell, thereby creating a seal therebetween.

The internal circuit board has at least one terminal with a tail end extending though the circuit board engagement side of said housing. A port light indicator is adjacent the port and has a light element facing outwardly and a terminal end. A spring element is received in the housing and has a contact end and an opposite press-fit end. The contact end is biased against the indicator terminal end and the press-fit end extends through the circuit board engagement side of the housing.
