    Abstract: The present invention consists of a pipe 1 which is open at one end and closed at the other end. There is a collar 2 which is attached to the open end of the pipe 1. The end of the pipe 1 can be closed by using a plug or by other means of manufacture. Within the pipe 1 there is a self-retracting piston consisting of a piston head 3 that rests on a coil compression spring 4 which subsequently rests on the closed end of the pipe 1. There is a perforation 5 at the closed end of the pipe 1.
