  • Publication number: 20240088251
Abstract: A transistor is disclosed, comprising: a layer of semiconductor material comprising a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion connecting the first portion to the second portion and providing a semiconductive channel between the first portion and the second portion; a conductive first terminal covering and in electrical contact with said first portion of the layer of semiconductor material; a conductive second terminal covering and in electrical contact with said second portion of the layer of semiconductor material; a conductive gate terminal comprising a first overlapping portion covering at least part of the first terminal, and a channel portion covering the third portion of the layer of semiconductor material; and a layer of a first dielectric material, having a first dielectric constant, arranged between the first overlapping portion and the first terminal, and between the channel portion of the gate terminal and the third portion of the layer of semiconductor material.

  • Patent number: 7650397
Abstract: In an embodiment, plug-in information can be synchronized on each node in a cluster by utilizing a migratable plug-in configuration manager and a migratable global MBean. The configuration manager can change the configuration on a master server, such as loading or unloading a plug-in. The configuration manager stores the configuration as an MBean attribute, which is accessible across the cluster. The configuration manager can direct the global MBean to notify a plug-in manager on each node in the cluster, whereby each plug-in manager can execute the change locally.

  • Publication number: 20100010879
Abstract: A method for improving productivity operations may include receiving elements of a first and second array which produces a productivity matrix. Further included may be receiving matrix events having an input, an output, and an activity step, receiving the input and activity step, and outputting the output. The input, activity step, and output may enable standardization of productivity improvement. A method may also include supplying elements of the first and second array to produce a productivity matrix and generating matrix events which include an input, output, and activity step. A system for improving productivity operations may include a computer configured to receive elements of the first and second arrays which produces a productivity matrix. The computer may receive matrix events having an input, output, and activity step, receive the input and activity step, and output an output all of which together may enable standardization of productivity improvement.

  • Patent number: 7051071
Abstract: An enterprise wide electronic commerce system allows trading partners to act as participants in a complex trading process. Participants communicate with one another by joining conversations that are hosted in a collaboration space and managed by a collaboration hub. In this manner, the enterprise workflow may have an effect on, or be affected by, local workflows. The invention provides a workflow integration system for enterprise wide electronic collaboration. An embodiment of the invention includes a workflow integration system for a collaboration system that allows for sharing of workflow information between collaboration participants, comprising a collaboration server having stored thereon an enterprise workflow, a workflow server having stored thereon a participant workflow and an integration mechanism for allowing said enterprise workflow and said participant workflow to interact with one another.
