The carriage assembly may include a moveable carriage with a plurality of rollers that engage the frame member, as well as one or more handles for gripping to adjust the position of the carriage assembly and a connection structure for connection of an implement or accessory. Various implements and accessories can be connected to or used in connection with the carriage assembly, including various weightlifting implements and accessories that are pivotably connected to the carriage assembly.

Abstract: A weightlifting machine that includes a pulley system and a cable system that attaches to a weight rack frame to allow a user to perform a weightlifting exercise. The pulley system may include a first pulley and a second pulley where the cable system engages each pulley. The cable system may have a first end connected to a grip attachment and a second end attached to a resistance element. The resistance element may include a resistance band, a weight support that holds a weight plate, a set of weight plates, or other type of resistance element. The cable system may extend from the pulley through an opening located one of the frame members that form the frame. A seat attachment assembly may also be connected to the weightlifting machine, where the weightlifting machine may include a pulley rotatably connected to a seat base that supports a seat.

Abstract: A weighted bag having an outer shell and a handle assembly. The outer shell has a plurality of panels and at least one of one of a pair of slots and a first end loop assembly and a second end loop assembly spaced apart from the first end loop assembly coupled to the plurality of panels. The handle assembly has a handle grasping member and a strapping assembly, the strapping assembly extending from the handle grasping member and interfacing with at least one of the pair of slots and the first and second end loop assemblies so as to couple the handle assembly to the outer shell.

The securing structure includes a plurality of adjustable straps each connected to the inner surface of the outer shell at a first securing point and a second securing point on opposite sides of the opening. Each of the straps is adjustable with respect to the outer shell to increase or decrease an effective length of the respective strap between the respective securing points, to increase or decrease a distance between the respective securing points and thereby constrict or expand the outer shell.

A waist strap includes an elastic base strap having first and second ends and a central portion secured to the second panel. A first strap portion has a first end secured to the first end of the elastic base strap and a free second end. A second strap portion has a first end secured to the second end of the elastic base strap and a free second end. A first waist strap fastener is positioned proximate the second end of the first strap portion, and a second waist strap fastener is positioned proximate the second end of the second strap portion.
