Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for identity impersonation in access control systems. For example, a process for identity impersonation in access control systems can include: receiving, at a hardware identity impersonator from a first access domain, a request to make a target region accessible to a second access domain; updating a second access domain identity data structure to include an entry corresponding to the first access domain, the entry comprising an address of the target region and a first access domain identifier; receiving, at the hardware identity impersonator from the second access domain, an access request to access the target region, wherein the access request comprises an address and a second access domain identifier of the second access domain; and transmitting, at the hardware identity impersonator based on the access request, the address and the first access domain identifier to a memory management unit (MMU) of an access control system.

Abstract: A bonding and transferring method for die package structures is provided, including providing a die package structure which has a positioning adhesive disposed thereon, and providing a vibration base having at least one cavity corresponding to the positioning adhesive. By alignment of the positioning adhesive and the cavity, the die package structure can be positioned into the vibration base. A target substrate is further provided and bonded with the vibration base having the die package structure disposed thereon through a metal material. And a laser process is then performed to melt the metal material. At last, the vibration base and the positioning adhesive are removed so the die package structure is successfully bonded and transferred onto the target substrate. By employing the proposed process method of the present invention, rapid mass transfer result is accomplished, and the packaging yield of vertical light emitting diode die package structures is optimized.

Abstract: A via-filling method of a TGV substrate includes steps: filling a plurality of metal balls into a plurality of vias of the TGV substrate; using a heating process to melt the plurality of metal balls to form a liquid-state metal; and cooling down the liquid-state metal to form a solid-state metal inside the plurality of vias. Because the method needn't use solvents or fluxes, the solid-state metal inside the plurality of vias have better electric conductivity.

An accommodation space is formed between adjacent metal pieces. The accommodation space is provided with a light-emitting chip. Each light-emitting chip includes two electrodes. The two electrodes are respectively located at opposite ends of the light-emitting chip. The electrodes are respectively electrically connected to adjacent metal pieces. An encapsulant layer is formed on a surface of the first conductive circuit layer. The encapsulant layer covers and encapsulates the metal pieces and the light-emitting chips.

Abstract: A crop disease diagnosis system is disclosed. The crop disease diagnosis system includes a communication module, a crop disease database and a crop feature classification module. The communication module is configured to receive a crop image. The crop disease database stores at least one crop disease sample case. The crop feature classification module is configured to extract a feature vector representation of the crop image, compare the feature vector representation of the crop image with the at least one crop disease sample case, and classify a crop disease associated with the crop image. The feature vector representation of the crop image is extracted by a feature extraction network, and a fully connected layer is removed from the feature extraction network during classification of the crop disease.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for determining fault for a vehicle accident. An exemplary system includes a communication interface configured to receive a video signal from a camera. The video signal includes a sequence of image frames. The system further includes at least one processor coupled to the communication interface. The at least one processor detects one or more vehicles and one or more road identifiers in the image frames, transforms a perspective of each image frame from a camera view to a top view, determines a trajectory of each detected vehicle in the transformed image frames, identifies an accident based on the determined trajectory of each vehicle, and determines a type of the accident and a fault of each vehicle involved in the accident.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an anti-aging Chinese herb extract, an extraction method and a use thereof. The ginseng-Astragalus membranaceus extract of the present invention comprises 20 to 30% of astragaloside, 1 to 5% of ginsenoside Rg1, 2 to 6% of ginsenoside Re, 0.2 to 0.5% of ginsenoside Rb1. There are 17 characteristic peaks in high-performance liquid chromatography fingerprints of the extract. The extract can effectively improve activity of telomerase, delay cell aging, and can be applied to preparation of an anti-aging product.
