The touch panel is provided with a reply button for selecting one of the modes of transportation and inputting a reply of going to the rescued person. The touch panel can also display a map showing a location of the rescued person or information on a symptom of the rescued person.

The transmitter transmits the request for rescue to the registered user that is able to arrive earlier than the emergency medical staff.
