Abstract: Compositions of dendrimers conjugated with one or more therapeutic agents that decrease exosome secretion and methods of use thereof for treating, alleviating, and/or preventing one or more symptoms associated with one or more neurological disease or disorders, cancer, inflammatory diseases, bacterial and viral infections, and other disorders have been developed. Preferably, the therapeutic agents are one or more agents that inhibit or reduce activity and/or quantity of neutral sphingomyelinase 2 (nSMase2) such as small molecule inhibitors of nSMase2. Compositions are particularly suited for reducing A? plaque formation, reducing tau propagation, improving cognition, or combinations thereof in a subject with psychiatric and neurological disorders. Compositions are also suited for treating, alleviating, and/or preventing one or more symptoms associated with cancer, bacterial and viral infections, and inflammatory diseases.

Abstract: Techniques for include map visualization for well data include navigating websites and aggregating well data information in a database; processing the aggregated well data information to extract a first set of well data; navigating to online websites and obtaining a second set of well data based on the extracted first set of well data; generating entries for the extracted first and second set of well data in a searchable structured database; and in response to user input, displaying, in a graphical user interface (GUI), the well data stored in the database.

Abstract: A method is performed at a computing system having one or more processors and storage media storing instructions for execution by the one or more processors. The method includes obtaining a digital version of a state filing pertaining to a deal involving transacted acreage. The method further includes obtaining metes and bounds or other like description of the transacted acreage from the digital version and using the metes and bounds or the other like description to generate a geographic information system shapefile specifying non-topological geometry of the transacted acreage; and using the shapefile to cause the geographic information system to display a map that visually indicates at least boundaries of the transacted acreage as one or more polygons overlaid on the map display.

Abstract: Method and system for authenticating the identity of a party to a transaction being executing over wired or wireless networks, using a personal device. A transaction system is adapted to receive messages over a network from a connected device, where the messages are intended to initiate a transaction. The system comprises authentication rules and an associated engine for identifying the type of transaction and, for each type of transaction, whether MFA is required. If so, the necessary MFA attributes are requested, thus permitting completion of the transaction in a comparatively secure manner and also permitting management of the accounts associated with the party.
