Abstract: Multiple active component therapeutic formulations are described comprising at least two active agents selected from the group consisting of an isovanillin component, a harmine component, and a curcumin component, stabilized in a self-supporting lipid crystalline formulation for topical application. The formulation maintains the active agents in a stable form during storage and will melt at body temperature when applied to the skin, wherein the lipid crystals melt into a liquid crystalline structure thereby releasing the active agents to the applied area of the skin or tissue to render their therapeutic effect.

The foam-forming formulation contains monoglyceride crystals, a hydrophilic blowing agent in an amount to blow the foam-forming composition and form a foam, water, and a medical, cosmetic or reliving compound. The foam-forming composition is suitable application to skin, wounds and body cavities when blown to form the foam and the foam melts at a body temperature to release the content. Also provided is a foam-forming composition vehicle for delivering an active agent.

The foam-forming composition is suitable application to body cavity when blown to form the foam and the form degrades at a body temperature to release the hydrogen peroxide to tissues in the body cavity at a pH of 3 to 5. Also provided is a foam-forming composition vehicle for delivering an active agent.
