  • Patent number: 10160120
Abstract: A wiring structure for a robot arm includes a pair of arm members that each have a hollow shaft shape including a first end section and a second end section, and that are arranged to be parallel to each other. A wire-shaped body is introduced into the arm member from the first end section and led out of the arm member through the second end section so as to penetrate at least one of the pair of arm members in an axis direction of the arm member. A regulating member is provided at least in an intermediate region of the arm member in the longitudinal direction to regulate a displacement of the wire-shaped body within the arm member in a radial direction of the arm member.

  • Patent number: 9481094
Abstract: An arm member has: a first rod and a second rod each of which has a rod side joint portion which is assembled with the counterpart joint portion; and a connecting member which interconnects the two rods. The assembled state of the rod side joint portion with the counterpart joint portions is released by separating the two rods from each other for a predetermined distance or more. The connecting member includes: a first connecting piece disposed on the first rod; a second connecting piece disposed on the second rod; a spring member which is installed between the two connecting pieces and biases the two rods in directions to approach each other; and a regulating member that regulates displacement of the two rods in the departing directions, so that the distance between the two rods becomes less than the predetermined distance.

  • Patent number: 9157484
Abstract: A rotating shaft has: a first shaft member that includes a rail member and a first connecting portion which is disposed at the rail member; and a second shaft member that includes a slider which is movably installed to the rail member, a tubular unit which is secured to the slider, and a second connecting portion which is disposed at the tubular unit. The slider includes a plurality of roller type rolling elements. The plurality of roller type rolling elements includes: first roller type rolling elements which roll along a rolling path and when torque in a first direction is inputted, transfer running torque between the slider and the rail member; and second roller type rolling elements which roll along a rolling path and when torque in a second direction, which is opposite of the first direction, is inputted, transfer running torque between the slider and the rail member.
