Abstract: Provided is a health support apparatus including an acquisition unit that acquires first data about a target user which is data about health and does not change or changes by less than a predetermined amount in a predetermined period and second data about the target user which is data about health and changes by more than or equal to the predetermined amount in the predetermined period, a determination unit that determines a future state parameter of the target user based on the first data and the second data, a generation unit that generates an image showing a future state of an appearance or an image showing a future state of an organ of the target user using the future state parameter of the target user determined in the determination unit, and an output unit that outputs the image generated in the generation unit.
