  • Patent number: 6898946
Abstract: A vehicle air-conditioning system of a dual air conditioner type includes a front seat air-conditioning unit for air-conditioning a front seat side and a rear seat air-conditioning unit for air-conditioning a rear seat side. The system includes parallel connected evaporators for the front seat air-conditioning unit and the rear seat air-conditioning unit. At a low flow rate of refrigerant, the system prevents a significant increase in the temperature of air blown into the rear seat area relative to the temperature in the front seat area. The system employs a variable capacity compressor that enables its discharge capacity to be controlled by an external control signal, allowing the discharge capacity of the compressor to be controlled in accordance with the higher evaporator temperature of the temperatures at the front seat evaporator and the rear seat evaporator and a target evaporator temperature.

  • Patent number: 4427034
Abstract: Anti-corrosive coating composition mainly applied to the inner surface of a copper alloy made heat exchanger tube, employed in heat changers, of relatively small diameter and of large length. The composition is prepared by adding an aminoalkoxysilane compound or a combination of plural aminoalkoxysilane compounds at a ratio of 0.1-5% by weight to a film-forming coating composition constituting of as a base substance thereof an organic polymer resin selected from a group consisting of alkyl resin, vinyl resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, and acrylic resin. The composition is preferably applied by means of spray coating method.

  • Patent number: 4335677
Abstract: A spray coating tool used for coating the inner surface of a tube. The tool sprays a desired paint through a nozzle while the tool is being shifted inside the tube to be coated along the axis of the same tube. In the nozzle a nozzle insert having a prism portion, on the external surface of which at least one spiral groove is formed, is inscribed to the inner surface of a hollow cylindrical space of a nozzle cap of the above-mentioned nozzle. A plurality of straightly elongated grooves, formed between the inner surface of the nozzle cap and the sides of the prism portion of the nozzle insert, and the spiral groove function to impart atomizing gas a straightly going force and a spirally going force, so as to spirally spray the paint supplied through a paint supply passage extending along the axis of the nozzle insert.
