  • Patent number: 11942873
Abstract: A secondary magnetic excitation generator-motor device that inputs a first ignition pulse command to a three-level NPC power converter such that a detected excitation current value corresponds with an excitation current command value, the secondary magnetic excitation generator-motor device having a function of identifying a first phase, a second phase, or a third phase in descending order of a current absolute value, wherein a pulse switch to output an ignition pulse command to the three-level NPC power converter switches the ignition pulse command to the second ignition pulse command when a current absolute value exceeds a set overcurrent level 1, and switches the ignition pulse command to the first ignition pulse command when current absolute values for three phases are all equal to or smaller than a set overcurrent level 2.

  • Publication number: 20230039457
Abstract: A binding machine comprises a cutting portion which cuts the wire, a fixed blade in which a first wire passage through which the wire passes is formed; and a movable blade in which a second wire passage through which the wire passes is formed. The movable blade includes a blade portion provided on one side of the second wire passage and a passage forming member provided on the other side of the second wire passage, the second wire passage includes a guiding portion for guiding the wire after cutting in a movement when the movable blade moves from the movement finish position to the standby position, and the guiding portion is protrudes in a direction of the guide portion and blocks a portion between the movable blade and the guide portion in a non-wire-passing-through manner when the movable blade moves to the standby position.

  • Patent number: 9700948
Abstract: A height adjustment apparatus that can reduce a load to trim a can body is provided. The height adjustment apparatus 1 is adapted to adjust a height of a can body to a desired height by trimming one of opening ends of the can body. The height adjustment apparatus comprises: mandrels on which the can body is individually mounted and which revolve along a predetermined orbit while rotating; outer blades arranged around the revolution orbit of the mandrels; an inner blade fitted onto each mandrel to trim the opening end of the can body together with the outer blade; and a vertical reciprocator that gradually changes a level of the opening end of the can body with respect to a level at which the outer blade and the inner blade are situated from an upstream side toward a downstream side in a revolution direction of the mandrel.

  • Patent number: 8796628
Abstract: A method for inspecting sealing defects of a container using infrared light. Infrared light in a wavelength range of 1450 nm±20 nm is irradiated from a phototransmitter onto the sealed portion of a sample container Infrared light reflected from or transmitted through the sealed portion of the sample container is received by a photoreceiver, and transmitted to a photodetector through an optical fiber. The infrared light in a same wavelength range as the case of inspecting the sample container is irradiated onto the sealed portion of a container to be inspected. The infrared light reflected from or transmitted through the sealed portion of the inspected container is converted into the analog voltage value and transmitted to a controller. If the infrared light is reduced to be smaller than a threshold set on the basis of the sample container, the sealed portion of the inspected container is judged as a sealing defect.
