  • Patent number: 7312733
Abstract: A semiconductor apparatus includes an amplifying unit, a bias controlling unit, an AD converting unit and a controlling unit. The amplifying unit is configured to amplify an input signal to output an amplified signal. The bias controlling unit is configured to generate a bias voltage to be applied to the input signal. The AD converting unit is configured to AD-convert the amplified signal into an output signal. The controlling unit is configured to output a control signal to the bias controlling unit. The controlling unit outputs the control signal when an output value indicated by the output signal is equal to a predetermined value. The bias controlling unit changes the bias voltage in response to the control signal.

  • Publication number: 20060115146
Abstract: A pathological diagnosis support device, a pathological diagnosis support program, a pathological diagnosis support method, and a pathological diagnosis support system extract a pathological tissue for diagnosis from a pathological image and diagnose the pathological tissue. A tissue collected in a pathological inspection is stained using, for example, hematoxylin and eosin. In consideration of the state of the tissue in which a cell nucleus and its peripheral constituent items are stained in respective colors unique thereto, subimages such as a cell nucleus, a pore, cytoplasm, interstitium are extracted from the pathological image, and color information of the cell nucleus is also extracted. The subimages and the color information are stored as feature candidates so that presence or absence of a tumor and benignity or malignity of the tumor are determined.

  • Publication number: 20060077048
Abstract: A variation detection device has a processor, an AD converter converting a signal voltage output from a sensor to generate an AD converted value and outputting the AD converted value to the processor, a temperature sensor detecting a temperature of the sensor, and a memory storing a table which indicates a relationship between temperatures and initial values. When receiving the AD converted value, the processor identifies a temperature of the sensor based on an output of the temperature sensor, reads out an initial value corresponding to the identified temperature from the table, and calculates a variation between the initial value and the AD converted value.

  • Patent number: 6789078
Abstract: Users desiring to register as users access web server for personal computers using terminal device, and run a member registration process by registering a member ID and password. When a user that has registered as a member wants to use the membership system service-providing site with a mobile telephone, the user accesses web server for mobile telephones. When an already-registered member ID and password are inputted to web server for mobile telephones, web server for mobile telephones extracts identification information specific to the mobile telephone and records it linked to the already-registered member ID and password. This process enables member information to be centrally managed on a membership system service-providing site that can be accessed from a terminal device and a mobile-telephone.
