  • Patent number: 8670016
Abstract: An exposure device includes: an optical system member that causes light irradiated from a light emitting element to converge; an optical system support part that supports the optical system member; and a fixing member for fixing the optical system member to the optical system holding part. An elongation of the fixing member is in a range of 40% to 80% inclusive.

  • Patent number: 6529838
Abstract: A jig is successively mounted on each of the four wheels of a vehicle. The jig is struck in three orthogonal directions independently, and at the same time, a microphone inside the vehicle measures the sound pressure of noise generated due to the exciting force. An FFT analyzer operates a frequency response function from the exciting force to the sound pressure. In a drum testing machine, a tire to be subject to noise prediction is mounted on a shaft, the tire is rotated, and the axial force in the three orthogonal directions is measured. The axial force signal is input to the FFT analyzer and the auto power spectrum in the three orthogonal directions and the cross power spectrum between two different axial directions are operated. The frequency response functions are synthesized with the auto power and cross power spectrums, and the power spectrum of the road noise is operated.

  • Patent number: 5524057
Abstract: A noise-canceling apparatus includes a canceling-sound generating source for outputting a canceling sound, a sensor for sensing a composite sound that is a composite of noise and the canceling sound at a noise-canceling point, a noise-canceling controller, to which a composite-sound signal and a reference signal conforming to noise generated by a noise source are inputted, for generating a noise-canceling signal by executing adaptive signal processing so as to cancel out the noise at the noise-canceling point using these signals and inputting the noise-canceling signal to the canceling-sound generating source, and a frequency-characteristic correcting unit provided on the input side of an adaptive filter, which constructs the noise-canceling controller, and having a frequency characteristic that is substantially symmetrical, about a 0 dB line, with respect to the frequency characteristic of a canceling-sound propagation system.

  • Patent number: 5410606
Abstract: A noise-canceling method for simultaneously canceling a plurality of harmonic components of the engine rotational speed contained in engine noise. Reference signals are generated in correspondence with a plurality of harmonic components, and an adaptive signal processing is executed by using each reference signal, a composite-sound signal of the engine sound and a composite noise-canceling sound at a noise-canceling point, thereby generating a noise-canceling signal. The noise-canceling signal is input to a speaker. The reference signal corresponding to a harmonic component of a low level is multiplied by a constant K before it is input to the speaker so as to approximately equalize the levels of all the harmonic components at the noise-canceling point.
