  • Publication number: 20230421036
Abstract: Disclosed is a linear motor which includes a stator and a mover. The stator extends along a first axis. The mover is arranged so as to extend along the first axis and radially face the stator. The mover has a pole interval along the first axis different from that of the stator. At least one of the stator and the mover has a plurality of permanent magnets arranged in alignment with each other along the first axis, and a plurality of yoke parts arranged in alignment with each other along the first axis. The permanent magnets are provided, for each pole, in a continuous range along the first axis. The permanent magnets are polar anisotropic magnets that are magnetized from both end portions along the first axis to a radial end portion at a center along the first axis, or magnetized in the reverse directions to these.

  • Publication number: 20230034311
Abstract: A communication apparatus including a plurality of communication interfaces, a plurality of clocks, and a plurality of output units each associated with a corresponding clock, synchronizes the clocks with a time server, checks whether the clocks are in synchronization with the time server, and selects as a synchronization signal supplied to another apparatus a synchronization signal output from a corresponding output unit associated with the corresponding clock in synchronization with the time server from among the synchronization signals output from the output units. Each output unit starts outputting the signal when a time of the corresponding clock reaches a start time designated by an external apparatus, and outputs the signal when the time of the clock reaches the start time, even with the clock associated with the corresponding output unit out of synchronization with the time server.

Abstract: An annular motor core has a plurality of split core pieces, each of which includes a yoke portion and a tooth. The split core pieces are circumferentially located and arranged in an annular shape such that the yoke portions of the core pieces form an annular shape as a whole and that the distal ends of the teeth of the core pieces face inward or outward each in a radial direction of the core. The core further includes an annular holder, which has joint portions at a plurality of positions in a circumferential direction of the holder. A first end of each of the core pieces is pivotably joined to the corresponding one of the joint portions. • Patent number: 6646677
Abstract: This invention relates to an image sensing control method and apparatus, and an image transmission control method, apparatus, and system, in which a camera such as a video camera is connected, the operation of the camera is controlled in accordance with a control command sent from a client via a network, and an image signal sensed by the camera is transmitted to the client via the network. Upon reception of a control command of the pan and tilt angles, zoom value, or the like of the camera from the client, the position control of the camera is done in accordance with the command, and transmission of the image signal sensed by the camera is suspended until the instructed operation is complete. Alternatively, upon reception of such control command, the image signal sensed by the camera is compressed at a high compression ratio, and the compressed image signal is transmitted.
