Abstract: Quercetin chalcone, an effective, soluble and bioavailable bioflavonoid, is disclosed. Also disclosed are compositions containing quercetin chalcone in combination with an acceptable carrier and/or diluent, as well as methods for administration thereof to warm-blooded animals. Such administration is beneficial in generally maintaining good health of the animal and, more specifically, for the treatment of allergies.

Abstract: There are disclosed compositions and methods for supplementing dietary intake of various metals in a warm-blooded animal. The compositions include highly water soluble metal chelidamate salts and metal arginine salts in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent. The methods include the administration of such metal chelidamate or arginine salts to prevent or alleviate conditions resulting from metal deficiency.

Abstract: A composition comprising a desired flavoring agent in combination with a high percentage of medium chain triglycerides suitable for use as a substitute for naturally occurring sources that can have desired flavors. The composition provides a desired flavor, while providing significantly more healthful nutritive value to a consumer. The composition preferably comprises a very high percentage of the medium chain triglycerides, and can further include one or more of a pigment, a consistency modifying material, an aroma-enhancing material, and one or more fat-soluble vitamins.
