Alain Bourgoin has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Patent number: 4719562
Abstract: The system according to the invention comprises a central microprocessor and peripheral microprocessors. A direct-access transfer memory is provided for the communication of the processors with one another. The memory is divided into as many distinct, determined zones as there are peripheral processors. The memory is connected to two addressing buses of which the latter serves equally well to address the boxes of the memory by the central microprocessor and to address the zones of the memory allocated to the peripheral microprocessors. The system is particularly well adapted to data transfers between a telephone automatic switch and subscribers' sets.

  • Patent number: 4682355
Abstract: The invention relates to a telephone subscriber electronic feeding bridge which includes a transformer with three windings, between the line of the sub set and the connection network of the telephone unit automatic exchange or autoswitch of which it forms a part. A capacitor is interposed on one of the two wires of the line, connected furthermore to feed resistors. The third winding of the transformer, associated with the winding of the line of the set, is looped on a negative impedance. This arrangement allows impedance matching both in direct current and in alternating current.

  • Patent number: 4567329
Abstract: The present invention relates to a line circuit for network line junctor and more particularly to a dialling device. The dialling device according to the invention presents a high impedance for the direct current, the direct current being regulated about a predetermined threshold by means of an electronic choke, the regulation being controlled by a control circuit formed by an RC circuit with large time constant, by a diode and a capacitor. The invention is more particularly applicable to private switching equipment or to subscribers' terminals.
