An elongated board (40) upon which the user may stand is suspended from the main frame assembly (11) via an intermediate frame (36) which permits the board (40) to move relative to the main frame assembly (11) about a pivot axis (C-C) extending transversely of the main frame assembly (11). The board (40) is also capable of pivoting about further axes D-D, E, and F.
