In response to an actuating signal: the actuator is arranged to dispose the sheet of material along at least a portion of an inner wall of the vessel; and the bracing assembly is arranged to displace the mesh structure such that the mesh structure urges the sheet of material into sealing contact with the at least a portion of the inner wall.
