  • Publication number: 20230211028
Abstract: An air purification apparatus and methods of air purification and treatment using ionization is disclosed. In some embodiments, an ion generator apparatus comprises a modular electrode and a housing connected to the modular electrode. The modular electrode includes an elongated conduit body comprising a power receiving end and a conduit connecting end opposite the power receiving end; and a plurality of ion generating elements occupying different radial positions around a perimeter of the conduit body, the ion generating elements generating negative ions or positive ions in response to an applied alternating current. A first electrical connector on the power receiving end is connectable to a second electrical connector on the conduit connecting end of another conduit body, such that a plurality of conduit bodies can be connected together in a series. The housing is connected to a power receiving end of one of the conduit bodies of the modular electrode.

  • Publication number: 20230187015
Abstract: A tray table indicator includes a channel, a cover, and a magnetic ball. The channel has a first extension, a curve, and a second extension, and the cover encloses the channel. A magnetic ball is contained within the channel and is movable from the first extension around the curve to the second extension of the channel in response to rotation of the rotating tray table component by a minimum distance in a first direction. The curve of the channel is configured to prevent gravity from returning the magnetic ball to the first extension from the second extension in response to rotation of the rotating tray table component in a second direction after having rotated the minimum distance in the first direction.

  • Patent number: 6453438
Abstract: This invention relates to a system and method for managing a session during which data is sent to receivers, wherein retransmission of the data to the receivers can be automatically rescheduled if the receiver did not receive some or all of the data. An object of the invention is to send content to receivers that did not or could not receive data during a multicast data transmission session. In accordance with this and other objects of the invention, one aspect of the invention relates to a method of managing a session during which data is sent to receivers. A first message is sent over a network a message to a list comprising at least one receiver, the first message relating to receiving data during a first session. Replies are received over the network from the receivers on the list. Based on the replies received, each receiver on the list that will not be receiving data during the first session is identified.
