Abstract: A dye mixture comprises: a) at least one pyrroline type dye of formula (I) wherein R1 is H, C1-20alkyl or C2-20alkenyl; and D is aryl; and b) at least one anthraquinone type dye of formula (II), wherein RB is (CH2)nORB1; RB1 is C1-6alkyl or C1-6alkoxy-C1-6alkyl; n is 1-6; and ZB is O or NH.

Abstract: A dye mixture comprises (A) at least one monoazo dye of formula (I) wherein XA is Cl, Br, I, CN or NO2; RA is C1-4alkyl or NHCOQ, where Q is C1-4alkyl; and each of RA1 and RA2, independently, is C1-4alkyl, C2-4akenyl, C1-4alkoxy-C1-4alkyl, aryl-C1-4 alkyl or aryloxy-C1-4alkyl; and (B) at least one pyrroline type dye of formula (II) wherein RB1 is H, C1-20alkyl or C2-20alkenyl; and D is aryl.

Abstract: A dye mixture comprises (A) at least one dye of formula (I) wherein X is Cl, Br or I; Q is C1-4alkyl; and each of R1 and R2 independently, is C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkenyl; and (B) at least one dye of formula (II) wherein Q1 is C1-4alkyl; and each of R1 and R2 independently, is C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkenyl.

Abstract: A disperse dye mixture which comprises, on a weight basis, from 5% to 70% of the dye of Formula (1), from 5% to 70% of the dye of Formula (2), and from 0% to 40% of the dye of Formula (3), wherein each of R and R.sup.1 represents an alkylene group and each of R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represents an alkyl group.

Abstract: An ink composition comprising:(i) a medium comprising a low melting point solid, an organic solvent, or a mixture of water and one or more water-soluble organic solvent(s); and(ii) an azothiophene of Formula (1): ##STR1## wherein: R, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each independently is optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl.Also claimed are inks containing mixtures of the azothiophene of Formula (1) with other azothiophenes and with azo dyes, a process for ink jet printing of textiles using the inks, a process for ink jet printing a substrate with the inks and toner resin composition containing an azothiophene of Formula (1).

Abstract: An ink composition comprising:(i) a medium comprising a low melting point solid, an organic solvent, or a mixture of water and one or more water-soluble organic solvent(s); and(ii) from 0.5 to 20% based on the total weight of the ink composition of at least one dye selected from a dye of Formula (1), a dye of Formula (2) and a dye of Formula (3) or a mixture thereof: ##STR1## wherein: R and R.sup.1 each independently represent an alkylene group; andR.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each independently represent an alkyl group.Also claimed is a process for ink jet printing of textiles using the inks, a process for ink jet printing a substrate with the inks and a toner resin composition containing a dye of Formula (1), (2) or (3) or a mixture thereof.
