  • Patent number: 8516313
Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with shared error searching for web resource requests are described. A web resource request that includes one or more request strings is received and a error detection directive that identifies a first type of error to be located in a specified request string component is accessed. At least a portion of a first request string that corresponds to the specified request string component is searched, in a single pass, for the first type of error and other types of errors. Results with respect to the first error type are returned while occurrences of the first and other types of errors for are recorded for responding to subsequent error detection directives. Thus, a subsequent error detection directive for the other types of errors in the first request string component may be processed without re-searching the portion of the first request string already searched with respect to the first error detection directive.

  • Publication number: 20110084951
Abstract: A display device with wireless communication capabilities for communicating with an external control system. The device has a first operating mode and a second operating mode. A power consumption of the device in the first operating mode is different from a power consumption of the device in the second operating mode. The device is arranged to change from the first operating mode to the second operating mode based on a signal sent by an external control system.

  • Publication number: 20110053517
Abstract: An arrangement for reducing unwanted effects of spurious signals from interference sources in telecommunications at radio frequencies. A communication unit transmits and receives information at radio frequency. Receivers receive the radio signals from the communication unit and for reflecting radio signals back. A control unit is adapted at least to switch the transmitter or receiver of the communication unit off substantially at the frequency of the spurious signals.

  • Patent number: 7272640
Abstract: A dynamic session redirector provides the ability to receive requests for network accessible storage resources and redirect them to the appropriate resources as needed while providing a single system image to the system requesting access to the resources. The redirector provides an ability to reconfigure the network storage resources without altering the system image presented by the redirector to the clients on the network. This may be used to provide for dynamic reallocation of the resources in order to improve efficiency and reliability of the storage system, as well to provide support for a wide variety of protocols to be redirected, including stateful protocols.

  • Publication number: 20070148448
Abstract: Microencapsulated delivery vehicles comprising an active agent are disclosed. In one embodiment, the microencapsulated delivery vehicles are heat delivery vehicles capable of generating heat upon activation. The microencapsulated heat delivery vehicles may be introduced into wet wipes such that, upon activation, the wet wipe solution is warmed resulting in a warm sensation on a user's skin. Any number of other active ingredients, such as cooling agents and biocides, can also be incorporated into a microencapsulated delivery vehicle.
