    Abstract: A utility trailer affording level load support to the ground has a frame and a shiftable platform supported on shafts which are journaled on the frame and on the platform in offset relation so that tilting of the platform during shifting is torsionally opposed. The frame and platform are fastened together by a snap bolt arrangement in response to movement of the platform relative to the frame.
