  • Publication number: 20240153541
Abstract: Some embodiments include an integrated assembly having first and second source/drain regions laterally offset from one another. Metal silicide is adjacent to lateral surfaces of the source/drain regions. Metal is adjacent to the metal silicide. Container-shaped first and second capacitor electrodes are coupled to the source/drain regions through the metal silicide and the metal. Capacitor dielectric material lines interior surfaces of the container-shaped first and second capacitor electrodes, A shared capacitor electrode extends vertically between the first and second capacitor electrodes, and extends into the lined first and second capacitor electrodes. Some embodiments include methods of forming integrated assemblies.

  • Patent number: 11947554
Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science and data analysis, computer software and systems, and wired and wireless network communications to provide an interface between repositories of disparate datasets and computing machine-based entities that seek access to the datasets, and, more specifically, to a computing and data storage platform that facilitates consolidation of one or more datasets, whereby a collaborative data layer and associated logic facilitate, for example, efficient access to, and implementation of, collaborative datasets. In some examples, a system may include an atomized workflow loader configured to receive an atomized dataset to load into a data store, and to determine resource requirements data to describe at least one resource requirement. The atomized workflow loader may be further configured to select a data store type based on a resource requirement, and perform a load operation of the atomized dataset as a function of the data store type.

  • Patent number: 11941140
Abstract: Various techniques are described for platform management of integrated access of public and privately-accessible datasets utilizing federated query generation and query schema rewriting optimization, including receiving at a dataset access platform a query formatted according to a first data schema, generating a copy of the query, saving the query and the copy to a datastore, parsing the copy of the query in the first schema using an inference engine, determining whether the query comprises data associated with an access control condition associated with accessing the dataset, the access control condition being configured to indicate whether the query is permitted to access the dataset, and rewriting, using a proxy server, the copy of the query in a second schema, and optimizing the rewriting by identifying a database engine to execute the query and including other data converted into another triple associated with an attribute of the query.

  • Patent number: 7914675
Abstract: The invention is directed to a process for the anaerobic purification of waste water in an anaerobic reactor, said process comprising burning the biogas produced in the purification, in a gas-burner, using the hot gases obtained thereby for indirect heating of water in a hot water boiler, which boiler is connected with the reactor by means of a line between the gas head of the boiler and a compartment through which the waste water flows, such as a conditioning tank or the anaerobic reactor, which line ends underneath the water level in the said compartment at such a level that a pressure of between 0.25 and 3 m of water column is maintained in the gas head of the boiler, in which boiler steam is generated which enters the said compartment through the said line and heats the waste water, and wherein the said boiler is further provided with a valve to let off steam in case the amount of biogas is in excess of the amount needed to heat the waste water.

  • Patent number: 6866036
Abstract: A cooking heat absorber comprising a radiator assembly for absorbing heat radiated from a cooking surface and from a flue riser, on commercial surface cooking equipment and a tank assembly for holding a fluid and circulating the fluid through the radiator assembly to cool the radiator assembly and warm the fluid. The cooled radiator assembly reduces the amount of radiant heat dispersed from the surface cooking equipment and maintains a more comfortable temperature in a commercial kitchen. The tank assembly includes conduits to supply the warmed fluid, which may be water, to a water heater for reducing the energy requirements of the water heater. The tank assembly circulates a stored quantity of fluid through the radiator assembly, where the fluid is warmed, independent of any use of water from the water heater.
