Abstract: An exemplary sealing system includes a frame having a generally ring shape with a body and a ledge extending from the body. The exemplary sealing system further includes a ring shaped seal having a body with a finger extension extending therefrom and contacting the body of the frame to create a seal. The ledge forms a gutter region allowing water and/or contaminated to flow around and out of the frame to prevent the same from entering a compartment of a vehicle.

Abstract: A sliding screen door system is presented for selectively closing an opening of a vehicle having a fixed screen frame and a sliding screen frame that are connected to one another by a pair of linear slides having an interior member, an exterior member and a center member that facilitate linear sliding of the sliding screen frame relative to the fixed screen frame. The connection of the sliding screen frame to the fixed screen frame with these linear slides suspends the sliding screen frame within the opening of the vehicle thereby eliminating the need for upper and lower rails the encumber the entryway into the vehicle. The sliding screen frame includes a moveable member that accommodates a closing mechanism of the door when it closes thereby allowing the sliding screen frame to be closed when the rear door is closed without causing damage to the sliding screen door.

Abstract: A lift assembly is provided. In one embodiment, the lift assembly may be used to raise and lower a bed, such as in a recreational vehicle. The lift may include a platform assembly which is movable between upper and lower positions. The lower position may be located in a lower horizontal plane than the upper position. The lift assembly may further include at least one movable member connected to the platform assembly and which may be activated to perform functions selected from the group consisting of raising the platform assembly, lowering the platform assembly, and combinations thereof. The lift assembly may also include means for positioning the platform assembly in the lower horizontal plane. In some embodiments, the means may be a cradle, while in other embodiments, the means may be a latch. The assembly may include a plurality of movable members which are activated by an electric motor.
