The upper edge is fixed to the rear upper end of the corresponding leg and the lower edge is fixed to a rear intermediate point of the corresponding leg, such that the parts of the edges corresponding to the outer lateral section are also fixed to the leg of the mannequin.

Abstract: A system and a method for laser marking a graphic on an object. The system includes: a laser system for producing a laser output; element(s) for moving the laser output on a surface of an object; a controller for controlling the laser system and the moving element(s), and for processing control information including a plurality of vectors, where for each vector the controller is configured to set a vector speed and a vector laser power according to a marking intensity value of the corresponding vector group such that at least two vectors within one of the vector groups have with respect to each other different vector speeds and vector laser powers, and a laser output's speed that is set according to the at least two vectors remains different than zero when the laser output travels along two trajectory parts which correspond to the at least two vectors.

Abstract: A trouser treatment device including a trouser supply module including transport for transporting each of the trousers from an entry to a supply exit, an opening module of the waist of one of the trousers, arranged in the trouser supply module, and a transport module with fastening clamps that hold the trousers with the waist open by the waist and that carries the trousers from the supply exit to a trouser holder of a work station with a processing device and a rotation element able to rotate the trouser holder according to a vertical axis. The trouser holder includes, on each leg, an outer rod and an inner rod, which deploy sideways, and a third rod, arranged between the other two, which is deployed forward or backward.

Abstract: A device for the laser treatment of trousers, including a laser beam generating equipment suitable for emitting the laser beam in any direction within an emission pyramid with an emission axis and two opening angles, and a work station with two mannequins, where each mannequin includes two legs. Each leg defines a longitudinal axis, and the two longitudinal axes of each mannequin define a mannequin plane. Each of the mannequins is oriented towards the equipment so that the emission axis strikes the mannequin plane at an angle of less than 90° and each mannequin has at least one of its legs within the pyramid.

Abstract: A method for laser engraving on clothing and to a corresponding machine. Using an image, a laser burns, for each pixel, a corresponding point on the clothing, with a laser energy level that is a function of the pixel value. This function has a first zone with a first average gradient and a second zone with a second average gradient. The first zone corresponds to laser energy values less than the second zone, the absolute value of the second average gradient being greater than the absolute value of the first average gradient. The laser engraving machine comprises a laser source, means for conducting the laser on specific points of the clothing, means for controlling the energy supplied by the laser, and control means configured to carry out the method.
