  • Patent number: 11910911
Abstract: An all-in-one oral care system that includes a brush, a main body, a top cover, a bottom cover, an interdental brush, and a toothpaste cartridge. All major components are designed to be detachable and replaceable using attachment mechanisms built into each part. The oral care system utilizes a manual actuator to force toothpaste from the main body into the toothbrush head and onto the bristles when depressed. When released, the actuator creates a vacuum force that draws toothpaste from the cartridge into the main body. The vacuum force draws a plunger in the cartridge upwards to move the toothpaste to the main body.

  • Publication number: 20230018623
Abstract: The present invention involves a rotary peristaltic pump and associated method employing the relaxation of pressure on flexible tubing between the rotor and stator of the pump to restore the rotor to a start angle while a valve on the output of the pump is closed to avoid progress of fluid through the system. Three different implementations of the pump and method are presented including reciprocating the stator, reciprocating the rotor, and retracting the idler rollers of the rotor into the rotor to relieve the pressure on the flexible tubing. A controller ensures the appropriate switching and timing of the valve and rotor of the pump. The pump and associated method are directed to the precision dispensing of pharmaceutical fluids into containers, including containers held in container nests.

  • Patent number: 11530064
Abstract: A system is presented for monitoring and controlling in a sterilizable environment the peeling of a cover from a tub sealed by the cover. The system employs a platform having a fiducial source locating structure for holding the tub, a cover removal station disposed to engage with the cover and to peel the cover from the tub, a light source disposed to illuminate a portion of the platform proximate the cover removal station, a light sensor sensitive to light from the light source and disposed to preferentially collect and measure light diffusely reflected from the illuminated portion of the platform, and a controller with software to operate the system. An associated method for monitoring and controlling the peeling of the cover involves moving a peeled portion of the cover into a predetermined peeling monitor zone within the illuminated portion of the platform, and measuring an intensity of light from the light source diffusely reflected specifically from the peeling monitor zone.

Abstract: Method and system are provided for identifying problem graphs in an information technology infrastructure network. The method includes: selecting a set of nodes in a topology, wherein the nodes of the topology represent resources in an information technology infrastructure network; querying historical timeseries data for the selected nodes, wherein the timeseries data records changes in state of the resources represented by the nodes; and analyzing the timeseries data for the selected nodes across problem time periods to produce a set of historical directional rules defining one or more historic problem graph. The method may search the historic problem graphs for current problem state nodes to determine likely causing nodes and affected nodes of a current problem.

  • Publication number: 20220144472
Abstract: The present invention involves both an apparatus and an associated method for confirming the presence or absence of closures in a closure nest inside an aseptic chamber. The apparatus comprises a topographical profiler disposed to monitor the closure nests. Vertical displacements in topographical maps obtained by the profiler are compared with information from a database about the nest and closure combinations. Vertical displacements falling outside predetermined upper and lower bounds are deemed absences of closures. The topographical profiler may be disposed outside the aseptic chamber. The system may be automated via a controller and suitable software. In some embodiments the nests and disposed in the monitored area by robotic articulated arms. In other embodiments the closure nests are moved by vacuum pickup systems. The system and method may also be employed to assess the suitability of a closure nest for closing in an aseptic chamber containers in a container nest.

  • Publication number: 20220002171
Abstract: The present application relates to an electrode holder and a floating device that comprises same for purifying bodies of water. The electrode holder comprises a base, a metal fastener and a cover. A plurality of electrodes are embedded in the metal fastener, housed inside the base and under the cover. The electrodes can be made of copper, zinc, silver, gold, stainless steel or combinations thereof. The metal fastener can be connected to any electric power source. The flow of electric energy towards the electrodes that are in contact with the water generates an oxidation-reduction reaction, releasing ions, which have a purifying effect, into the water. The device which comprises this electrode holder also comprises a photovoltaic module, an energy storage module that serves as an electric power source for the electrodes, a pH meter and an external structure.
