A hollow support structure has a first portion that extends within the injection cavity and includes a dispensing feature. A second portion of the support includes a securing feature for engaging an attachment structure. A foam substrate is disposed within the injection cavity. The foam substrate is delivered to the injection cavity within the support structure and through the dispensing feature.
