    Abstract: A plug for damping vibrations of tennis racket cords comprising a flat parallelepiped body of resilient material provided with a pair of outer channels having laterally open slots to permit the plug to be inserted between the cords and the cords to be connected. The plug also has a pair of parallel inner holes located on the same plane with the axes of the channels and serving to increase the resilience of the material and make the plug adaptable to various types of rackets.

    Abstract: A syringe for applying adhesive resin to the junctions of tennis racket netting, comprising a cylinder and a piston and two or four coextensive tubular spray nozzles projecting from the end of the cylinder opposed to the piston. By applying the spray nozzles to the corners of a junction between two strings of netting, equal amounts of adhesive can be discharged from said spray nozzles and these drops of adhesive will combine to form a solid connection of the two strings at their point of junction.

    Abstract: An apparatus for polymerization of adhesive resin applied to the junctions of tennis racket netting, comprising a container having a plurality of superimposed compartments communicating with one another and each arranged to receive a racket, a source of heat arranged below the compartments and a fan arranged above said compartments for circulation of heated air from said source of heat through said compartment and a vertical passage adjacent said compartments back to the bottom of said container.
