  • Publication number: 20230220451
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of detecting one or more analytes in a target sample, the method comprising: a. providing a nanoparticle dimer adapted to bind the analyte; b. causing the dimer to pass through a nanopore by voltage-driven translocation; c. observing changes in the translocation current; and d. comparing the translocation current profile of the target sample to the translocation current profile of a control sample; wherein a change in the translocation current profile of the target sample versus the control sample indicates the presence of the analyte in the target sample. Also provided is a method of detecting one or more analytes in a target sample, the method comprising: a. providing a nanoparticle adapted to bind the analyte; b. providing a carrier nucleic acid molecule with at least one single-stranded region; c. contacting the carrier nucleic acid molecule and nanoparticle with the target sample, forming a carrier nucleic acid/analyte/nanoparticle complex; b.

  • Publication number: 20230077863
Abstract: Provided are methods for search algorithms and safety verification for compliant domain volumes. The present techniques include identifying a parameterized scenario space and objective function. A boundary between compliant scenarios and non-compliant scenarios for metrics in the parameterized scenario space is determined. A total boundary of a domain volume corresponding to the parameterized scenario space is identified based on the boundaries between the compliant scenarios and non-compliant scenarios for each metric in the parameterized scenario space.

  • Patent number: 6346420
Abstract: In this method of analyzing a gas mixture containing at least one inflammable gas to determine its explosibility, a resistive heating element (15) is energized in an analysis enclosure (12) communicating with the gas mixture to be analysed to burn the gas mixture in the enclosure, an electrical signal (S) at the terminals of the resistive element (15) is measured during combustion, and the explosibility of the gas mixture is determined from a comparison of values of the signal measured during a transient phase in which the concentration of the inflammable gas in the gas mixture is falling. The measurements taken during the transient phase are taken at times chosen to obtain, for different inflammable gases, substantially identical measurement signals for concentrations corresponding to identical explosibilities.
