    Abstract: In an example, a method includes receiving, at a printing apparatus, a print target. The method may also include printing a drop linearization chart on a sample of the print target and measuring the drop linearization chart to determine a measured drop linearization curve for the print target. The method may include comparing the measured drop linearization curve to a plurality of predefined drop linearization curves to determine a most similar drop linearization curve from the plurality of predefined drop linearization curves, and applying a linearization defined by the most similar drop linearization curve to print data to be printed on the print target.

    Abstract: Certain examples relate to a method of color matching by confirming a color-rendering device. Color reproduction parameters are determined for a reference and target color-rendering device. A color matching parameter is determined for the target color-rendering device based on a comparison of the color reproduction parameter for the target color-rendering device with the corresponding color reproduction parameter of the reference color-rendering device. The color-rendering device is confirmed dependent on the color matching parameter. Color resources of the target color-rendering device are configured such that a rendering of a color image on the target color-rendering device replicates a rendering of the color image on the reference color-rendering device.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus generate updated sets of printing parameters for a printing process, the apparatus comprising a processor to receive initial correspondence data indicating correspondence between a plurality of color values and respective sets of printing parameters, wherein at least one colorant combination and a respective coefficient is assigned to each of the sets of printing parameters. The processor is to assign a weight to each colorant combination in the initial correspondence data based on at least a printing quality criterion relating to the colorant combinations within the initial correspondence data, and re-assign colorant combinations and respective coefficients to generate updated sets of printing parameters based on the assigned weights. Also disclosed is a method and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium.
