Publication number: 20190163687Abstract: The disclosed system provides a computerized map system with map elements represented by markers. The system arranges map elements by category and subcategory, with each type of marker corresponding to a category. The system may divide the geographic area based on neighborhood and city area. The system also provides the user with controls to search the objects, to display results in layers, to navigate the objects, and to quickly compare information about the objects using standardized positions for similar kinds of information. The system also enables users to memorialize searches and browsing by pinning map objects that the user is interested in. In an embodiment, a number of tiers of advertising are also provided, such that business owners as clients can pay for advertising content and customizability appropriate for their businesses.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 26, 2018Publication date: May 30, 2019Inventors: Ada Mae Edecker, Alex Siyanko

Patent number: 8954527Abstract: The present invention relates to interactive virtual reality networked computer systems and methods that facilitate communication and operation in a virtual reality environment. The virtual reality networked computer system has an infrastructure that includes a number of users, hosts and servers. The interconnected hosts and servers allow users to effectively locate, activate, access and interact within virtual reality environments in a variety of different ways. For example, users can establish user groups such that interaction within the virtual reality environment occurs between hosts (accessed by users) without the need of a central or dedicated server.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 2012Date of Patent: February 10, 2015Assignee: Xdyne, Inc.Inventors: Ada Mae Edecker, Alex Siyanko, Anatoly P. Publication number: 20050128212Abstract: A system and method for minimizing the amount of photographic data to be collected to reconstruct a model of a three-dimensional object such as a building. In one embodiment a systematic process is used to collect survey and detailed photographic data from designated facades and architectural components of the facades to be processed into graphical tiles. The graphical tiles are textured or coated onto a three-dimensional wireframe model of the building. In one embodiment, the amount of photographic data to be collected is based on the footprint of the building, the height of the building and the number of unique facades and architectural details on the facades. In one embodiment, photographic data of the objects surrounding the building is also collected for modeling with the building. The virtual three-dimensional building models can be incorporated into the virtual three-dimensional city model which is a realistically accurate depiction of a city environment including all the details of an actual city.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 15, 2004Publication date: June 16, 2005Inventors: Ada Edecker, Alex Siyanko, Anatoly Syomik
