Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure disclose methods and systems for heat exchange in an opto-fluidic instrument. The opto-fluidic instrument includes a sample interface module (SIM), an illumination module, a camera module, and a reagent deck. A coolant from a coolant reservoir is directed into one or more of the modules so that heat exchange occurs at each module with the coolant. The heated coolant from the one or more modules flows to a radiator for cooling, for example, with fans flowing ambient air over the radiator, before the cooled coolant is returned to the coolant reservoir for subsequent use in cooling the modules.

Abstract: A two-part computer keyboard with office chair features keys separated into two keyboard halves for the right and left hands. The two separate components are preferably wireless and battery-powered, and may be temporarily affixed to office chair armrests, optionally with a mousing surface or alternate pointing device located laterally on the side of the user's dominant hand. An office chair, designed for use with the two-part keyboard and enabling the user to independently rotate and revolve the articulated armrests, is available and may be purchased separately, or with the two-part keyboard as a kit.

Abstract: A vehicle seat having a seat cushion and a seat back which are movably connected to one another by a vehicle seat support mechanism and which are also movably mounted to a support floor by said vehicle seat support mechanism, said vehicle seat being movable between a normal in-use position and a stowed position, said slowed position being located rearwards from said normal in-use position and said seat back, when said vehicle seat is in its stowed position, being located at a relatively lower height than when said vehicle seat is in said normal in-use position. When the vehicle seat is moved to its stowed position, a seat assembly can be converted from a 3-seater to a 2-seater condition for instance.

Abstract: PAIN AWAY consists of two handgrips (F) on either side of a treatment core (R). This treatment core (R) has a pair of permanent belts (L) mounted on wheels (C) for pressure treatment of the muscles beside the spine, to relieve back pain and produce relaxation. A detachable belt (M) is used for cellulite treatment. The device vibrates as desired. Since this is the first device based on the acupressure method of back pain relief it is unique in concept.
