Publication number: 20240162015Abstract: Systems and methods for securing an edge ring to a support ring are described. The edge ring is secured to the support ring via multiple fasteners that are inserted into a bottom surface of the edge ring. The securing of the edge ring to the support ring provides stability of the edge ring during processing of a substrate within a plasma chamber. In addition, the securing of the edge ring to the support ring secures the edge ring to the plasma chamber because the support ring is secured to an insulator ring, which is connected to an insulator wall of the plasma chamber. Moreover, the support ring and the edge ring are pulled down vertically using one or more clasp mechanisms during the processing of the substrate and are pushed up vertically using the clasp mechanisms to remove the edge ring and the support ring from the plasma chamber.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 5, 2024Publication date: May 16, 2024Inventors: Michael C. Kellogg, Adam Mace, Alexei Marakhtanov, John Holland, Zhigang Chen, Felix Kozakevich, Alexander Matyushkin

Publication number: 20220202298Abstract: A hemodynamic monitor is configured to receive a hemodynamic sensor signal representative of arterial blood pressure (ABP) of a patient. The hemodynamic monitor segregates the received hemodynamic sensor signal into a plurality of heartbeat portions that are each representative of the ABP of the patient for one of a plurality of individual heartbeats. For each heartbeat portion, the hemodynamic monitor determines a set of coefficients representative of frequency components of the respective heartbeat portion to produce a plurality of sets of coefficients. Each set of coefficients is normalized. A set of reference coefficients is determined based on the sets of normalized coefficients. A quality indicator associated with an individual heartbeat is provided based on a comparison of a set of normalized coefficients for the individual heartbeat to the set of reference coefficients. The quality indicator is used to produce a modified hemodynamic sensor signal from which hemodynamic parameters are derived.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 18, 2022Publication date: June 30, 2022Inventor: Alexander Holland

Publication number: 20200315467Abstract: A hemodynamic monitor implements an adaptive method that optimally estimates scaling and offset calibration parameters by using a computationally efficient, iterative online method to minimize the mean square error between a high bandwidth arterial pressure cardiac output (APCO) measurement generated by a first physiological sensor affixed to a patient and a relatively low bandwidth continuous cardiac output (CCO) measurement generated by a second physiological sensor also affixed to the patient. When calibration parameters are used to adjust an APCO measurement, the combined APCO/CCO estimate provided by the hemodynamic monitor has accuracy comparable to a CCO measurement, but also tracks cardiac output dynamical variations that are outside of the CCO algorithm bandwidth.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 18, 2020Publication date: October 8, 2020Inventor: Alexander Holland
